FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Here are the top questions our clients ask before getting started.

What size of organization do you typically work with?

We work with enterprise organizations (Fortune 500, Crown Corporations, government agencies) and mid-market companies navigating complex transformations. Our past engagements have involved training rollouts reaching 80,000+ employees, change programs spanning multiple geographies, and stakeholder management across 10+ business lines. We scale to the complexity of the program, not the size of our firm.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We scope to your needs, not a fixed methodology. Most engagements start with a Discovery phase where we assess your current state, stakeholder landscape, and change readiness. From there we develop a tailored strategy and move into hands-on delivery, whether that's building training materials, running stakeholder engagement, or standing up a skills enablement program. Engagements range from focused 4-8 week sprints to multi-phase programs running 6-12 months.

How is working with Nnensa & Company different from a large consultancy?

You work directly with a senior practitioner who has delivered inside those large firms. Andrew personally led engagements at a global consulting firm before founding Nnensa & Company. The difference: you get that same enterprise rigour without layers of junior staff learning on your project. We embed into your team, stay through delivery, and measure adoption outcomes, not just deliverable completion.

How quickly can you start an engagement?

We can typically begin Discovery within 1-2 weeks of agreement. For urgent situations, like a training program that's behind schedule or a go-live date at risk, we've stood up rapid response programs within a single sprint. If you have a time-sensitive need, let's talk about it directly.

How do you price your services?

We scope and price based on the complexity, duration, and deliverables of each engagement. Most clients work with us on a project basis with clear milestones. We're transparent about pricing during the proposal process and will tell you upfront if something is outside our scope rather than expanding the engagement unnecessarily.
